These Terms of Service apply to your use of this website and any purchase from Salt & Bass Co. ("we", "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

1. Online store

You must be at least the age of majority where you live to place an order, and the information you provide must be accurate and complete. You may not use our products or site for any illegal purpose.

2. Products and pricing

All products are made to order. We try to show colors and designs as accurately as possible, but screens vary and small differences in color and print placement are normal for printed apparel. Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if a product is listed at the wrong price, and we'll refund you in full if we do.

3. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping times and costs are described in our shipping policy. Returns, replacements and refunds are covered by our refund policy.

4. Payments

Payments are processed securely by our payment providers. We don't store your full card details.

5. Intellectual property

All designs, logos, text and images on this site belong to Salt & Bass Co. and may not be copied, reproduced or sold without our written permission.

6. Third-party services

We use third-party services to run our store, process payments, print and ship orders, and measure advertising. Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
